We use only premium materials, including hot-dip galvanized steel (2.0 mm to 3.25 mm thick) for strong, rust-resistant frames, and thick, high-density foam and PVC for soft yet durable surfacing. Each structure is built to comply with rigorous international safety standards, including ASTM, EN1176, and TUV certifications.
Our platforms, for example, are constructed with:
- 20 mm thick wood base
- 50 mm safety foam padding
- Durable, flame-retardant PVC covering
We also perform routine third-party testing to ensure our equipment is not only fun, but exceptionally safe and reliable.
